LRQA is proud to be behind the new GFSI Podcast Series, with this second episode being published with just two weeks to go before the event opens in Anaheim, USA.
As a member of the conference programme committee, Sara talked about some of the sessions that she is looking forward to, including ones on risk and also on leadership. “The GFSI Conference is a wonderful assortment of people coming together to advance food safety and share knowledge,” summarised Sara.
During the Global Food Safety Conference which runs from 26-28 February, LRQA will be sharing a stage with Barilla - one of the world’s leading pasta and ready-made pasta sauces manufacturers - for a presentation entitled “Going global: Barilla’s food safety certification journey.” The presentation, to be held at 8 am on 27 February, will explain why developing an effective food safety management system across a global organisation is vital for consumer safety and protecting a company's reputation.
More interviews will follow with some of the leading stakeholders helping to drive food safety globally as we move towards and during the conference itself.
